About
Neon Palace Casino Hotel opened on the Strip with one goal: bring back the glamour of old Vegas without the velvet-rope attitude.
Our story
Neon Palace Casino Hotel began as a sketch on a cocktail napkin at a much smaller casino, thirty years ago — the idea that a casino hotel could be genuinely beautiful, not just loud. The 45-storey tower took four years to build and opened with 620 rooms, a 60,000 sq ft casino floor, and an Art Deco design language borrowed from the golden age of the Strip.
Today, Neon Palace Casino Hotel is independently owned and operated, licensed and regulated by the state gaming commission, and staffed by over 2,100 people across the casino floor, hotel tower, restaurants and events team.
What we stand for
Every host and dealer on our floor is trained to remember names, not just play patterns.
Fully licensed by the state gaming commission, with routine independent audits of every table and machine.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits and on-site support are built into how our casino hotel operates, not bolted on.
Careers
From dealers to sommeliers to the engineers who keep the neon sign lit, Neon Palace Casino Hotel is one of the largest employers on this stretch of the Strip.
