Dining & Bars
Dinner before the tables, a nightcap after, noodles at 4am. The dining program at our casino hotel is built around the hours guests actually keep.
Fine dining · 5pm–11pm
Dry-aged, bone-in cuts, a 900-bottle cellar and a raw bar, in a dining room built like the inside of a jewellery box.
Casual · 24 hours
Hand-pulled noodles and dumplings around the clock — the unofficial after-the-tables tradition of the casino hotel.
Cocktails · 5pm–3am
Thirty-eight storeys up, with a view down the full length of the Strip and a cocktail list that changes with the season.
American · 6am–2am
Wood-fired breakfast through late-night, with a booth-lined dining room that never quite closes.
Poolside · 10am–7pm
Cabanas, a swim-up blackjack table, and a DJ set most weekend afternoons.
Speakeasy · 8pm–4am
A reservations-only room behind an unmarked door off the casino floor, for guests who want their nightcap quiet.
Private dining
Marquee Steakhouse and The Vault Lounge both hold private rooms for groups of 8 to 40 — a quiet way to celebrate a big win, a birthday, or a corporate night out without leaving the casino hotel.
Good to know
Marquee Steakhouse and The Vault Lounge recommend booking 2–3 weeks out on weekends.
Gold tier and above can redeem points directly against any restaurant check, casino hotel-wide.
Every venue on property charges straight to your room — no wallet required on the casino floor or in the dining room.
